Chief Executive Officer and President

Craig has been at the center of Wolf’s success for over 25 years and is known throughout the industry for his integrity, honesty, and openness. As Chief Executive Officer and President, Craig provides strategic oversight to the company. Craig graduated from Moravian College with a degree in Business Management and became President of Wolf by age 38. He has led Wolf’s efforts to pioneer multiple new products, most notably the line-up of Wolf cabinets, decking, and building products. Craig is on the Board of Trustees at Moravian College and is an active member of St. Leo The Great Church. He is a member of NBMDA and is an active participant of industry events. Craig lives in Lancaster, Pa. with his wife and two children, and enjoys golfing, fishing, and coaching his children in various sports.  

Brad Kostelich

Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer, Brad is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and general management of the company. With a B.A. in Economics and Business from the University of Pittsburgh and more than 25 years of experience with Wolf, Brad has been a crucial part of the organization’s growth. He has held numerous management positions with Wolf during his tenure. Brad is an active member of several organizations and has served on the boards of numerous local non-profit organizations. Brad lives in Dover, Pa. with his wife and their two dogs and enjoys outdoor activities such as running and golfing.

Dan Darnell

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Dan is responsible for all accounting, FP&A, credit, treasury, tax, legal, real estate, insurance, and audit functions. With more than 20 years in finance and leadership, a B.S. in Management from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Dan brings deep experience in finance and strategic leadership to Wolf. Prior to Wolf, Dan was a Managing Director at Citizens Financial Group, leading a team in the Corporate Investment Banking division specializing in Sponsor Finance, M&A, and Capital Markets originations and executions. He is also a decorated pilot with more than 500 combat flight hours across multiple overseas deployments. Dan lives with his wife and two daughters, and enjoys skiing and hiking with his family and friends.

Mark Simmers

Mark Simmers

Executive Vice President of Marketing, Sourcing, and Product & Market Development

As EVP of Marketing, Sourcing, and Product & Market Development, Mark is responsible for linking innovation and strategy by overseeing all aspects of the Wolf brand. Mark joined Wolf in 2004, serving in numerous Sales leadership roles, most recently SVP of Sales Building Products division. Throughout his tenure, he has led the Sales team into expanded territories across North America and played an essential role in the growth of the Building Products division. Mark has a B.S. in Organizational Management and more than 30 years of experience in the Building Products Industry. Mark resides in Harrisonburg, VA with his wife, two daughters, two horses and rescue dog. Together, they enjoy working on their farmette, travelling in their RV, hiking and watching their children play soccer.

Steve Katch

Executive Vice President of Human Resources

Bringing nearly 15 years of Human Resources experience to the company, Steve joined Wolf in 2018. As the EVP of HR, Steve strives to enhance employee performance in the execution of the company’s strategic and tactical plans. He is also responsible for staffing, employee training and development, and employee engagement. Steve has a B.S. in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Health Administration from University of Pittsburgh. He has been recognized for his leadership as a “40 Under 40” by the National Safety Council. Steve lives in Lancaster, Pa. with his wife and three kids, and enjoys coaching youth football and baseball.

Kathy Faulkner

Senior Vice President and Controller

With more than 25 years’ experience with Wolf, Kathy currently serves as Senior Vice President and Controller and oversees the organization’s accounting and payroll functions. She graduated from Marymount University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. Kathy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA); she is also active in several local organizations. Kathy lives in York, Pa. with her husband and two sons and enjoys riding her horse, hiking, and traveling.

Ed O'Brien

Executive Vice President of Operations & Safety

A 1977 graduate of Princeton University, Ed has spent his entire career in the building materials distribution industry. As the EVP of Operations & Safety, Ed oversees the operations and logistics for Wolf, while ensuring safety and quality. He joined Wolf in 1991 and has held numerous management roles with the organization. He actively volunteers with local non-profits. Ed and his wife live in York, Pa. and he enjoys traveling, reading, and golf in his free time.

Mike Sessinger

Mike Sessinger

Executive Vice President of Sales

In his role as the EVP of Sales, Mike develops strategic sales plans that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. He is also responsible for leadership of the Wolf sales team, overseeing more than 50 sales professionals. Mike joined Wolf in 2009 and has been recognized extensively in the industry for his sales leadership. He attended Temple University and graduated from Cedar Crest College with a B.A. in Psychology. Mike serves as a board member for the New Jersey Building Materials Dealers Association and is a member of the NRLA and NADRA. He is also an active supporter of the American Bulldog Rescue of Newtown, Pa.  Mike lives in Hellertown, Pa. With his wife, three children, and two adopted American bulldogs.
