• Full time remote position in United States (Working to EST time zone) – Only going into the office on business needs.

Job Requirements

A highly capable SAP Functional expert (SD/MM) to join us permanently. You will be working with all business units to support our daily Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay strategic business needs. You will also be required to work closely with our Senior ERP Analyst to ensure coordinated responses on daily requests and break fix incidents. You will lead strategic projects, work on enhancements, and be involved daily in knowledge transfer sessions. All duties are performed while maintaining the highest quality and mindfulness of our business culture.

• Provide hands on functional configuration and support for SAP modules – Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), custom programs and some knowledge in (FI).

• Ability to understand and implement system solutions for the business and drive full life-cycle activities by requirement collection, transfer business requirements into a specification, perform SD/MM configuration, unit testing, organizing UAT and supporting the Go live and some hyper care to optimize operational efficiency.

• Perform 2nd level support for all business unit SAP users.

• Review Projects and changes submitted by business units to ensure solutions are agreed and robust and implemented within our overall SAP roadmap.

• Knowledge of analyzing customized SAP integrations (SD/MM transactions build across the modules).

• Experience of creating and maintaining documentation (quick-tips).

• Ability to work independently, adapting as necessary in a change-oriented culture, elevating conflicting priorities for clarification as they arise.

• Collaborate with SAP external consultants for ABAP developments.

• Be willing to do other duties as required.

Experience, Skills, Qualifications, and Education

Required (R) or Desired/Preferred (D)

(R) Read and Write English;

(R) High school diploma or GED;

(R) College Degree;

(R) SAP Certification;

(R) Strong customer service skills;

(R) Solid hands-on experience in SD/MM Functional role;

(D) Previous experience with FI but not necessary;
