Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment……Prioritize incoming workflow…..80-100 calls per day

• Call Center Experience is strongly preferred

Experience, Skills, Qualifications, and Education Required

Read, Speak and Write English

Basic Math skills

High school diploma or GED

Customer Service experience

Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel…..High Volume Data entry as well as Keyboard navigation and accuracy
