Wolf Tracks is our new, email-based delivery tracking and notification service that provides real-time information on the status of your Wolf orders.* Wolf Tracks goes beyond our previous notification system, providing additional key tracking mechanisms to ensure customer satisfaction. Designated staff members receive email notifications as your order is being picked at the warehouse and subsequently throughout the delivery process:
1. Delivery notification when your order is processed and picked
2. Incoming notification when your Wolf driver leaves the previous stop (or our warehouse, if your location is the driver’s first delivery). This email includes a link so you can track your Wolf truck in real time
3. Arrival notification when our truck reaches your location
4. Proof-of-delivery notification
