Craig has been at the center of Wolf’s success for over 25 years and is known throughout the industry for his integrity, honesty, and openness. As Chief Executive Officer and President of The Wolf Organization, Craig provides strategic oversight to the company. Craig graduated from Moravian College with a degree in Business Management and became President of Wolf by age 38. He has led Wolf’s efforts to pioneer multiple new products, most notably the line-up of Wolf cabinets, decking, and building products. Craig is on the Board of Trustees at Moravian College and is an active member of St. Leo The Great Church. He is a member of NBMDA and is an active participant of industry events. Craig lives in Lancaster, Pa. with his wife and two children, and enjoys golfing, fishing, and coaching his children in various sports.

Chief Operating Officer and President of Wolf Distributing Company

As the Chief Operating Officer and President of Wolf Distributing Company, Brad is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and general management of the company. With a B.A. in Economics and Business from the University of Pittsburgh and more than 25 years of experience with Wolf, Brad has been a crucial part of the organization’s growth. He has held numerous management positions with Wolf during his tenure. Brad is an active member of several organizations and has served on the boards of numerous local non-profit organizations. Brad lives in Dover, Pa. with his wife and their two dogs and enjoys outdoor activities such as running and golfing.

Christopher Bardasian

Executive Vice President of Business and Product Development and President of Wolf Home Products

Chris joined Wolf in 2015, bringing over 25 years of experience in building products manufacturing, sourcing and distribution. As the EVP of Business and Product Development and President of Wolf Home Products, he is responsible for product and brand development. Under Chris’ guidance, Wolf rebranded in 2016 and has significantly expanded its portfolio of product offerings. Prior to joining Wolf, Chris was president and CEO of Bardasian M&A Advisory Group, co-founder and CEO of Procell Decking Systems – a pioneer in the alternative decking market – and served as president of Scranton Products for CPG. Chris lives in Westlake, Texas with his wife and enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Chief Financial Officer

A military veteran with a strong financial management background, Joe joined Wolf in 2015.  As Chief Financial Offer, Joe oversees the administrative, finance, and accounting functions of the business.  Joe graduated with a B.S. from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland. He also served as a Naval Intelligence Officer for Navy Seal Team Ten, the Office of Naval Intelligence, and the National Security Agency. Joe is an active member of the Naval Academy Football Brotherhood Alumni Group. He lives in Lancaster, Pa. with his wife and two daughters.

Executive Vice President of Human Resources

Bringing nearly 15 years of Human Resources experience to the company, Steve joined Wolf in 2018. As the EVP of HR, Steve strives to enhance employee performance in the execution of the company’s strategic and tactical plans. He is also responsible for staffing, employee training and development, and employee engagement. Steve has a B.S. in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Health Administration from University of Pittsburgh. He has been recognized for his leadership as a “40 Under 40” by the National Safety Council. Steve lives in Lancaster, Pa. with his wife and three kids, and enjoys coaching youth football and baseball.

General Counsel

Dave has spent over 35 years with Wolf, lending his legal counsel and leadership abilities to all aspects of the company. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Penn State University (B.A., 1973), Dave received his law degree from Dickinson School of Law (J.D., 1976) and was admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the US Supreme Court. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and York County Bar Associations and the York County Bar Foundation. Dave is also very active in the community, committing his service to many public and non-profit organizations. He has most recently served as Chair of the Board of Directors of the United Way of York County, and currently serves as a member of the board of the York County Bar Association. Dave lives in York, Pa.

Senior Vice President and Controller

With more than 20 years’ experience with Wolf, Kathy currently serves as Senior Vice President and Controller and oversees the organization’s accounting and payroll functions. She graduated from Marymount University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. Kathy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA); she is also active in several local organizations. Kathy lives in York, Pa. with her two sons and enjoys riding her horse, hiking, and traveling.

James Groff

Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

With 30 years of experience with Wolf, Jim oversees the branding, marketing and public relations activities of the company and serves as the spokesperson for Wolf Home Products. In addition to his extensive experience in the industry, Jim graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a B.A. in English and received his masters’ degree from Springfield College. Jim is active in the community and currently serves on the board of Pappus House, a start-up social model end-of-life home in York County. Jim lives in York, Pa. with his wife and enjoys visiting his children and grandchildren at home and abroad.

Executive Vice President of Support Services

Patty has over 20 years’ experience with Wolf and currently serves as the EVP of Support Services. In her current role, Patty manages and provides strategic oversight to the Wolf customer care and procurement teams. She is also responsible for managing company-wide projects and driving process improvements for the organization. Patty lives in Etters, Pa. with her husband and enjoys camping, running, and spending time at the beach with her twin grandchildren.

Senior Vice President, Innovation & Quality

As the Senior Vice President of Innovation & Quality, Kevin champions large-scale corporate initiatives that transform the business, maximize profitability and provide a memorable customer experience. Kevin has been a part of the Wolf team for 12 years and graduated from West Chester University with a B.S. degree in Economics and York College of Pennsylvania with a MBA in Accounting & Finance. Also known as 'The Positivity Guru,' Kevin is a globally recognized thought-leader on self-improvement, innovation, and positivity and travels the United States as a keynote speaker and trainer. He is also actively involved in mentoring students ranging from kindergarten to graduate school. Kevin lives in York, Pa. with his wife and son.

Executive Vice President of Operations & Safety

A 1977 graduate of Princeton University, Ed has spent his entire career in the building materials distribution industry. As the EVP of Operations & Safety, Ed oversees the operations and logistics for Wolf, while ensuring safety and quality. He joined Wolf in 1991 and has held numerous management roles with the organization. He actively volunteers with local non-profits. Ed and his wife live in York, Pa. and he enjoys traveling, reading, and golf in his free time.

Executive Vice President of Sales

In his role as the EVP of Sales, Mike develops strategic sales plans that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. He is also responsible for leadership of the Wolf sales team, overseeing more than 50 sales professionals. Mike joined Wolf in 2009 and has been recognized extensively in the industry for his sales leadership. He attended Temple University and graduated from Cedar Crest College with a B.A. in Psychology. Mike serves as a board member for the New Jersey Building Materials Dealers Association and is a member of the NRLA and NADRA. He is also an active supporter of the American Bulldog Rescue of Newtown, Pa.  Mike lives in Hellertown, Pa. With his wife, three children, and two adopted American bulldogs.

Todd joined Wolf in 2013 and brings over 40 years of sales and leadership experience to the company. As VP of New Business Initiatives, Todd oversees the development of new sales initiatives that support profitable growth. He also recruits and onboards outstanding Sales Representatives as Wolf continues its geographic expansion. Todd is active in his church as well as a myriad of community organizations. Todd lives in York, Pa. with his wife and enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren.
