• Wolf is searching for a Sales Representative to expand our Building Product sales to independent dealers in our Connecticut / Mid & Lower Hudson Valley territory
Wolf Sales Representatives are outgoing, self-motivated, organized and responsive
• As a Market Development Representative, this role works with our dealers to promote and sell our Building Products to builders, developers, and contractors.
• Wolf hires outgoing, self-motivated, organized, customer focused leaders who have great communication skills; an entrepreneurial spirit and “hunter” mindset is a must
Wolf provides sales and product training systems that support career growth and reward performance
 Wolf offers a competitive salary plus commission, as well as vehicle, phone, computer and business expense reimbursement

Job Requirements
• Ensure that assigned market meets or exceeds its sales and gross profit budgets
• Effectively communicate and present the Wolf value proposition in relation to customer’s needs
• Provide precise and timely feedback of market data and conditions
• Relentlessly seek out new opportunities to expand profitable Wolf business in the assigned territory through new dealer acquisition, dealer retention, cross-selling and pull-through
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and builders
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure all account objectives and needs are met
• Exemplify the highest ethical standards and customer care reflecting Wolf's core values
• Maintain a positive work environment by behaving and communicating in a professional, courteous, respectful, ethical manner with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors
• Have fun and make a lot of money

Experience, Skills, Qualifications, and Education
Required (R) or Desired/Preferred (D)
• (R) Ability to travel including occasional overnights for company meetings or training
• (R) College degree or equivalent work experience
• (D) Computer and software proficiency
• (R) CRM software experience (i.e.Salesforce.com)
• (D) Social media proficiency
