• Wolf is searching for a Philadelphia based Home Center Sales Representative
• Wolf Home Center Sales Representatives ensure that assigned market meets or exceeds its Sales and GP budgets as well as Market Share goals
• Wolf hires outgoing, self-motivated, organized, customer focused leaders who have great communication skills; an entrepreneurial spirit and “hunter” mindset is a must
• Wolf provides training systems that support career growth that could lead to other career opportunities beyond sales, such as marketing, product management, purchasing or other positions within Wolf

Job Requirements
• Commitment to long term growth and goal attainment
• Pass all sections of the Wolf Sales Training exam at end of the first week of training
• Ensure that assigned region meets or exceeds its Sales and Gross Profit budgets as well as Market Share goals
• Strict adherence to principles of adopted sales process manual
• Analyze and maintain a deep understanding of the assigned territory’s composition-segment mix, target prospects/customers, and pockets of untapped opportunity. Work with Product Managers to effectively target areas of opportunity
• Make field product introduction calls on contractors, architects, and builders on the behalf of our dealer base in the market place
• Attend trade and contractor shows and be involved in dealer training. Be willing to work weekends if needed
• Plan or assist with custom display work
• Responsible for timely feedback and follow through for new contractor opportunities
• Conduct demonstrations with contractor groups
• Set up, break down and work trade and contractor shows
• Participate in local building associations
• Maintain unmatched understanding of the customer’s operating practices, key influencer priorities and personal objectives and their attitudes toward Wolf and competitor offerings
• Collaborate with Regional Vice President to shape customers’ business agenda, understanding their “boardroom” level issues and proactively tailor solutions for their resolution
• Effectively communicate and present the WOLF value proposition in relation to customer’s needs
• Effectively engage and coordinate with Regional Vice President at key points in the sales process during which their involvement provides additional leverage
• Conduct Quarterly Reviews with top customers to review performance/progress and identify opportunities for growth
• Execute on all sales initiatives and pricing strategies for National Accounts in accordance with national programs established by VP National Sales & Marketing
• Provide precise and timely feedback of market data and conditions
• Relentlessly seek out new opportunities to expand profitable Wolf business in the assigned territory through new account acquisition, account retention, cross-selling and pull-through
• Develop sufficient financial acumen required to construct and convey robust financial arguments that favor Wolf’s value propositions
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure all account objectives and needs are met
Experience, Skills, Qualifications, and Education
Required (R) or Desired/Preferred (D)
• (R) Ability to travel including occasional overnights for company meetings or training
• (R) High School Diploma or GED
• (R) Computer and Software proficiency
• (R) College Degree or equivalent work experience
• (D) CRM Software experience (i.e. Salesforce.com)
• (D) Social media proficiency
