Building Products; Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6pm

Job Requirements

• Wolf Customer Care Representatives provide an outstanding customer experience and are an important part of our team
• Understanding the Home and Building Products industry is not required. A desire to continually learn and grow is required. Our Customer Care Representatives are passionate about customer satisfaction
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment……Prioritize incoming workflow…..80-100 calls per day
• Enjoy being part of a team that is dedicated to providing the highest levels of customer care and satisfaction
• Positive minded, forward thinking, self-motivated, continual improvement “team player”
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Call Center Experience is strongly preferred

Experience, Skills, Qualifications, and Education Required
• Read, Speak and Write English
• Basic Math skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Customer Service experience
• Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel…..High Volume Data entry as well as Keyboard navigation and accuracy
